How credits work
A credit meters one candidate session — not a question, not an AI call, not a report. A 10-question and a 100-question standard assessment both cost one credit. What changes the number is the format of the session and whether it is proctored.

Authoring with AI, AI review assistance, AI integrity review, reports and exports never consume credits. Neither does an avatar — a presented question or a live avatar costs nothing on top of the session it belongs to.
A credit is spent when a session starts
Not when you send an invitation, and not when a candidate opens the link — only when they begin the session. A new attempt on a delivery that allows retakes starts a new session.
Unused credits roll over
In full and with no cap, while your annual subscription keeps renewing. Each renewal adds the new allocation on top of what is left.
Buying credits never unlocks a capability
Additional credits land in the same shared pool and behave exactly like your included ones. They do not change your plan, open a gated capability or raise a limit.
Human review remains mandatory
SkillCort AI supports structured human review. AI-generated scores, summaries and integrity signals are decision-support outputs. Final assessment and hiring decisions remain with authorized human evaluators.

SkillCort does not perform automated face matching and stores no biometric face template. Identity Verification is a decision a named person records. Integrity signals such as copy, paste, print attempts and second-screen detection are available on every plan.

As one fixed component of three credits, whatever combination of webcam, screen, audio, Identity Verification and Lockdown you switch on, and however long the assessment runs. There is no per-minute or per-control charge.
No. A question presented by an avatar is cached and reused, and a live avatar is part of the live session it belongs to. Neither adds a credit.
No. Unused credits roll over while your annual subscription keeps renewing — in full, with no cap — and each renewal adds the new annual allocation on top of what is left. Credits are not forfeited just because an annual period ends. If a subscription lapses, the remaining balance is frozen rather than deleted. Frozen credits cannot be spent while the subscription is inactive. Reactivating makes the frozen remainder usable again. A candidate session already under way is never interrupted by a balance change, and purchased credits follow exactly the same lifecycle as included ones.
New credit-consuming sessions pause until more credits are available. A session already in progress is never interrupted, and you can buy additional credits at any time.
No. Additional credits increase capacity only. Your capabilities, limits and support are set by your plan.
No. Plans are annual, and prices are shown per year. Where we show a monthly figure it is the annual price divided by twelve, for comparison only.
No. Integrity signals are review context for a person, never a verdict. SkillCort does not automatically determine misconduct, change scores, reject candidates or make hiring decisions.
Recording and evidence retention is a setting on your workspace, not a fixed per-plan window. You choose the retention period, and material is removed automatically when it expires. You can download or delete records before the retention period ends. Enterprise agreements may set specific retention terms.
No. The candidate captures a session selfie and a photo of an ID; an authorized person compares them side by side and records the decision. There is no automated face matching and no stored biometric face template.
