How credits work
A credit meters one candidate session — not a question, not an AI call, not a report. A 10-question and a 100-question standard assessment both cost one credit. What changes the number is the format of the session and whether it is proctored.
Human review remains mandatory
SkillCort AI supports structured human review. AI-generated scores, summaries and integrity signals are decision-support outputs. Final assessment and hiring decisions remain with authorized human evaluators.

Proctoring is one package and one charge. Turn on as much or as little of it as an assessment needs — the session costs the same either way.

SkillCort does not perform automated face matching and stores no biometric face template. Identity Verification is a decision a named person records. Integrity signals such as copy, paste, print attempts and second-screen detection are available on every plan.

Need more credits?
Buy additional credits at any time. They land in the same shared pool and behave exactly like your included credits. Buying credits does not change your plan, unlock capabilities or raise your limits.

The same pack costs the same on every plan. When credits run out, new credit-consuming sessions pause until more are available — a session already in progress is never interrupted. Talk to us to arrange a purchase.
Credits roll over
- Unused credits roll over while your annual subscription keeps renewing — in full, with no cap
- Each renewal adds the new annual allocation on top of what is left
- Credits are not forfeited just because an annual period ends
- If a subscription lapses, the remaining balance is frozen rather than deleted
- Frozen credits cannot be spent while the subscription is inactive
- Reactivating makes the frozen remainder usable again
A candidate session already under way is never interrupted by a balance change. Purchased credits follow exactly the same lifecycle as included ones.
How long recordings are kept
Recording and evidence retention is a setting on your workspace, not a fixed per-plan window. You choose the retention period, and material is removed automatically when it expires.
You can download or delete records before the retention period ends. Enterprise agreements may set specific retention terms.

A standard assessment session uses one credit. An AI interview or simulation uses two, a proctored assessment four, and a live AI session ten. The full table is above — there are six totals and nothing else.
